If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, we do not hesitate to assist you in any way we can!

Our products are carefully packaged and safely delivered to you. If there is, however, a reason for objection, we will gladly help you in any way we can. Your feedback is important to us! We work to solve any issue you may have, even when it comes to complaints!

What to do if you wish to register a complaint: Please carefully inspect the product for damage, breaks and completeness immediately upon receipt. Report any defects on the delivery slip and have the deliverer sign the slip. Any notice of defect must be sent immediately and at the latest three days after receipt of the product. We can unfortunately not accept any products returned to us without prior notice of the defect or defects.
